the breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast... one thing we noticed is that another toaster should be provided. People were waiting in line for their items to be toasted. Also, the room we stayed in didnt have any mirrors other than the bathroom mirror. It would be nice to have one outside of the bathroom so another person can use it to get ready, etc. The housekeeper was a sweetheart. The pool was nice and clean !

What I did not like. I paid for two rooms one for me and one for my niece and her husband Glenn Schmidt But after they checked out they got a bill for their room and for their son? They disputed it for days and got no where. I dont know if it has been resolved as yet but it created much anguish to be double billed.

The pool was the perfect temperature. Our bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The only the air quality was horrible due to the wild fires in Canada. So the outdoor activities we had planned, we could not do. So we made the best of it. Maybe next year we'll get to Prequel beaches.

I liked how friendly the lady was at the front desk was. There was a problem with our booking from booking.com so she was able to fix the problem right away. She even told us to call the hotel the next time we stay because this is a common problem with using third party booking.
